Limited Warranty:As long as the exclusions below are observed, Vinci Lighting, Inc. warrants that (i) all Vinci manufactured products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that cause the Product to not perform in accordance with their specifications for a 1 year from the date of shipment for Non-led Products and (ii) 5 years for Integrated LED products for residential use only.
Exclusions:
(1) This warranty does not apply if products are used in commercial applications.
(2) Products that have been altered, improperly installed, mishandled, or misused shall not be covered by this warranty. Written notice of a defect must reach Vinci within one (1) year from the date of purchase for non-Led products and five (5) years for the Integrated Led Products.
(3) Vinci shall not be liable under this Warranty for any scratches, substantial deterioration of the Product finish that is caused by failure to clean, inspect, or maintain the finish.
(4) If the product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer, the original bill of sale, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified, if the defective parts are not returned for inspection within 30 days of being requested by Vinci Lighting Inc.
(5) This Warranty does not apply to any product(s) that have not been installed and operated in compliance with Underwriters' Laboratory, Inc. (UL), American Safety Standards (ETL), as well as Vinci Lighting instructions and guidelines for the Product.
(6)Returns are not accepted for LED, non-catalogued, bespoke, or customised fixtures.
(7)Vinci Lighting reserves the right to make design and quality improvements to all of our fixtures.
Right to change or terminate the warranty:
This warranty applies to purchases of products after the effective date described in this document and is governed by the following considerations: It is subject to the conditions described in this document and is subject to this condition. Vinci reserves the right to change or discontinue this warranty Without notice, provided that such changes or discontinuations are valid only for all purchased products.
